Refund policy

Every Inner Whiskers piece is made with care, and we hope you love yours as much as we loved creating it.  All purchases are considered final, except in cases where we’ve sent you the wrong item or size. If that happens, please let us know as soon as you receive your order — we’ll make it right.

Once an order has been delivered, we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or missing parcels, so do ensure your delivery address is safe and complete.

If a return or exchange is approved, requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and meet the guidelines below.


Keeping Things Fair

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, unused)

  • Be free from stains, smells, or damage

  • Include original tags (if applicable) and packaging


Shipping for Returns

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping only if the item is returned in acceptable condition, as outlined above.

If the returned item does not meet the requirements, even if the original issue was our mistake, the return will not be accepted and any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
