We currently ship within Singapore only.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Local Shipping Options

We offer three local shipping options within Singapore:

SmartPac (Tracked Letterbox Delivery) — $2.90
For selected orders that qualify for letterbox delivery. Parcels will be delivered directly to your letterbox and do not require a signature.

Doorstep Delivery (Tracked) — $3.90
For standard parcels delivered to your doorstep. A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the courier.

Free Local Shipping
Complimentary on orders above $69 (applies automatically at checkout).

Available shipping options will be reflected at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s schedule.

  • During peak periods (e.g. launches, festive seasons), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
